Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Sometimes the goods are to be procured from outside sources, and in this case the dispatch may take 3-4 days longer than usual.
 
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

* Overnight delivery can be made available for orders with delivery addresses within the Mumbai Urban region.
 
* Delivery delays can occur due to weekends, holidays, natural calamities and courier vendor’s internal process.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Vorabook.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibilities of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
 
* Books are exempted from GST.

Damages

Vorabook.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
 
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Returns Policy 

for Damaged/ Misprinted Books/Wrong order delivery:

In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 7-8 calendar days of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way.

After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase within 7-8 business days. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement after receiving back shipped goods.

If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 7-8 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.

If book happens to be sold/out of stock/not available and it might not be updated on website and we received your payment then you will get refund within 7-8 working business days.
